Those cups are awesome. This looks like a good deal for someone in the states. If it wasn't 30$ shipping to Canada I would buy.

Is anyone up for a Legit check on this?

I've found some similar on the bay. The front logo and the "P" just seem a little sloppy, especially the squiggly P.

Thanks!

Sellers like this will never get my business.  He's charging $8 shipping in the US, when he'll end up paying $2.60 for USPS first class package shipping through eBay.

don't understand why you care.  if you want the item, look at the total price. it makes no difference to you whether he over or under charges relative to the true cost of shipping.

If you lower your shipping cost on that mug from $8 to actual USPS first class, I'll but it now.  :hide:

Haha this has been in my watch list for a while now. It's been relisted several times, I'm surprised it's still available.

I'm with you that I balk at sellers that obviously overcharge for shipping but as @concealed pointed out, if you look at the total price, it's still pretty well under any other total price on eBay. That said, I'm with you that sellers need to just charge what they want for an item, not try to be tricky and hide some of the price in the shipping. You're not fooling anyone.

probably not the right thread for this but i can see it both ways:

if you consider shipping to include the cost of packaging and the time taken to pack it up, drive it over the PO, etc etc i can understand it as being more than the minimal raw cost of the shipping service. i personally think it's a bad look but i can imagine a philosophical rationale for doing so. we're talking about clothing for the most part but certain things (like framed art, glassware, etc) shipping/packing can be more significant and there's really nowhere to hide those costs.

on the other hand, i doubt if i've ever made a dime on shipping. i typically aim to eat a portion of shipping (occasionally i'll offer free shipping altogether) since i don't mind sharing that "tax" in the spirit of providing value.

Somebody's missing their entire collection of America tshirts. The ringers seemed like they might be something. $5 each. Didn't kop. Might grab the ringers for personal use when they go on sale.
