What should I replace the buttons on the SC with, MOP?

I think MOP would look ok. What about leather wrapped?

It's been a while since I've had Blue Bottle coffee. Everything I've had there was good; I just cannot recall the varieties.

Looks like Battey's opened in 1936, so anywhere from there to probably the 50s.

Ultimate "thrift problem" today. Over lunch, I stopped by a small, cheap thrift near my office. I found a Canali and an RT BOC tie. All of their ties are $1.99 and they have a $5 credit card minimum. I looked through the rest of the store and finally found a decent drill to replace my crappy cordless drill. Didn't have a price tag so I brought it to the counter and they said it would be $3.99. Awesome. Cheap drill, hit the credit card minimum. Then the lady says "you know everything is 40% off today, right? Rings me up. $4.95. :|

She was chill though and said I could run my cc anyway.
