I'd probably just auction them and most likely some vintage Nike collectors will get in a bidding war. I'd make sure to offer international shipping as well, if you don't normally. Lots of collectors in Europe, Asia, etc.

For goodness sake, it you offer international shipping on those, DO NOT utilize First Class International and make sure to properly insure them.

Yes, Express Mail would be my call! I should have clarified.

Here's a few finds of mine:

(Already sold all of these, but the Polo Sport)

AE Wingtips x3 pairs.

These Jordan 4s were so clean, I couldn't believe someone donated them.

Size L (available)

Fendi is real

Sweet, thanks man. I'm camping out at that store. I figure Kiton probably doesn't show up 1 tie at a time.

Yeah, the big $$$ real-deal stuff won't have any labels. Just a small stamp with the size near the collar and many were very faint or wore off. Hope it's still there.

did I waste $7 each?

Sorry man. Those are cool, but not a home run. You won't lose money. Like others stated, barcodes came in the late 70's or early 80's. I want to say 1983, but don't quote me on that. Late 70's had a wierd looking punch-hole bar-code thing. Hard to describe and can't find a picture online. Had a bunch of small holes punched into a pattern and the store would tear off that section of the tag. Those are post '83, I'd say. That Speed Shop coverall though, that's probably some $$ regardless of age.

Cannon fodder. Sorry man. With M65 jackets, look for a white label. That will filter out all the newer stuff. From there you're basically looking for tiger stripe, OD green or ERDL camo (which will be rip-stop fabric and will be a needle in a haystack).

Awesome! Scored a shirt from them from ParisVegas on eBay for like $5 about 10 years ago, back when he was selling all kinds of cool stuff for peanuts.

I remember watching parisvegas auctions when I first started with selling. nod[1].gif I thought vegas would be the mecca of used clothing, then I went and was sadly disappointed in the little that i found.

I missed like a week, too. Busy working, drinking, and hiking.

And you mean the Clawed Meownet, right?

(Couldn't help myself. I tried. I'm trying right now to convince myself not to press submit, but it's not working.)

This is from Pointer Brand...

The Scout Coverall was made in 2010 for Scout Original in NY. THe Hickory is about 12 years old. And the Lot 32 Jean is current production.

So no vintage :/

Its been a while since I posted.  I have just been swamped with work and my wife and I took a short vacation.

I thrifted some shoes that may be a BIG brag.  Or they may not.

The first two pairs are from Wilkes Bashford.

I am trying to figure out who made these and what the leather might be.

I think they might be Peccary?

Any ideas?

The second pair is also from Wilkes Bashford. On the insole so they are stamped Gravati.  So, I know who made them.

I think these are probably deerskin.  (maybe Peccary?).

Also, a minty fresh pair of Allen Edmonds Cody.  I have sold several of these.  The brown and chili sell for much more, but these are almost new.

And a totally random, but still good money item.

A BMW center cap for a wheel.  I wasn't going to buy it until I remembered how much it cost me to replace one of mine.

correct me if i'm wrong anyone, but i don't think either of those are peccary. i don't see the follicles.

You may be right.  I don't know.  The wingtips have a lot of texture.  I still think they might be peccary.  But, I am certainly no expert.  They have more texture than bison and the leather is SOFT.  That was one reason I thought they might be peccary.  The second pair (the Gravati) have much less texture than the others.  I wonder if they aren't deerskin.   But, I really don't know.  I'm looking for help on identifying them so I can list them.
