This is all you need to see, to know that it is so, so fake. See the double and then single stitching along the zipper?  The stitching on genuine LV purses is *perfect*. Those stitches differ in length. Anything that isn't perfect is not sold. Ever. It makes me wonder what experience they require for any seamstress they hire, and how many years of commercial sewing someone has to have to get that experience.

The picture of the stamp on the inside too is a dead giveaway. The o's in LOUIS VUITTON should never look like L0UIS VUITT0N.

Some of the really best fakes are made in the brand name factories after hours, using the same patterns and sometimes by the same people.

The reality of the situation is really quite amazing. If you pick any spot in the Atlanta metro area and drive for 25 miles in a semi-straight line, you could conceivably expect to pass not less than 20 Waffle Houses.

These are from Mensa Gatherings or RGs. They are a blast! Plenty of liquor and beautifully geeky women. The big MENSA-CON is at the end of next month in San Diego. I wish that I could make that one. But, it's not going to happen.

There is always something to give it away. Something the counterfeiters cannot access, or buy something slightly cheaper (such as lining fabric).   Also of course the company in question doesn't get any profits from those purses, though they're sold as though real.

While in Texas had a good pant stop...

Had private pistol training today for my new cc piece. Been trying to get familiar with it so had some time to stop after before heading home. I think some I've had for a bit since I stopped buying and started passing on everything.

Peek a boo..passed

All the same size, all worn. Would love to know the backstory.

St. Michael made in the UK

Harris tweed

Size (pretty recent, no? )
Assuming you are being serious, no, it's really old, the Harris Tweed makes it definitely worthwhile, but St Micheal and the newer Marks & Spencer is everywhere in the UK thrift stores, literally almost every second item. I wish it was worth money, it would make my life very easy! If it has a market in the US/Canada, tell us UK guys, we can ship it over by the container load.

It's not badly made though, at leas the vintage made in UK stuff, just considered ubiquitous and old fashioned- St Micheals/Marks & Spensers is where your parents/Grandparents buy their clothes (depending on your age).

If you aren't being serious, I fail.
