I'm going to send everyone in the thread a grenadine tie so we can all stop asking about it.

Does anyone want to be the go-to for a DM on 'is it gren or not'?

Returned to the scene of the thrift and swooped another pair of Westons. N/A Sadly, no more gold jewelry raining out of them. I CHECKED.

Few other things from the last few days:

Recent Pendleton board shirt in blackwatch

Corneliani DB suit. The blue of this suit is so nice IRL

BB Madison pinstripe suit

MANI made in Italy DB pinstripe suit (size 36/29) I know it's low end diffusion but they seem to do pretty alright on the bay so I figured it was decent fodder. Plus, I just like it for some reason.

I've come to expect very little at the Seattle thrifts beyond the odd Patagonia fleece... Nothing earth shattering here but found these, the Magnanni and Lanvin are recent/current season and the Puma are the 2015 House of Hackney collection which KITH retailed. All kinda cool.

Killer finds on those kicks @MZhammer. I'd wear all those, but esp. the Pumas.

The Polo to end all Polo's.
@SpooPoker any idea what this is?
It probably weighs like 10lb.

Lately:

Slow going for ties lately, but good things come in pairs:

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

always unreasonably happy to spot vv motif ties on the rack

My first charvet tie! (n/a)

Fodder, and a some shorts for myself:

VERY unusual cargo shorts - they seem pretty old so i'm guessing vintage milsurp as opposed to some obscure japanese streetwear.  Anyhoo, salient points: "raindrop" camoflage (not great as actual camo but a cool pattern, it's been utilized by a number of designers in recent years), d rings around the waist band, and side zip closure, which I've never seen before. n/a

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

K 88 is the only marking- possibly a year notation?

An indigo rayon casual shirt from Zegna - really beautiful buttons, fabric and finish on this one, xl

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Preppy patchwork pulitzer, m

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Cream corduroy shorts from VV with a great fishbone waistband motif, 38

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

pop! on arcteryx.  brown trousers with some techy details, 32x30

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Some killer sweater finds lately, seasonality be damned.  T&A, Prada, BB, and Gran Sasso are n/a.

Finally, finally a black turtleneck in my size!  Gran sasso merino, made in italy

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Coach marled wool/alpaca with a subtle geometric weave, made in italy

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Prada brown striped cashmere/silk crewneck (with an incredible hand), made in italy

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Hopefully more fashion powerhouses follow suit with indistinct labels, this thing was priced like the employee just saw "brown"...

my favorite of the bunch: a straight up ancient Turnbull and Asser moss green cashmere crewneck.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

That OG cashmere - none of that limp, fuzzy mass-produced stuff.  Has the weight and sturdiness of a good sweatshirt.

architectural.

never seen welsh-specific origination for cashmere

moar old cashmere: dark gray Brooks Brothers, made in great britain

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

recent investments - because, yknow, they're vests!  n/a except for the barbour

continuing my streak of only finding womens microfibre barbour at the thrifts.  I mean at least they sell.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Very old Zegna suede vest.  definitely has a bit of wear but well-made and has a certain han solo insouciance to it that I like

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And finally, this little number:

pop! on mainline versace if it's legit... @SpooPoker any thoughts?

Wool/poly body, "labyrinth" pattern quilted neck, leather trim

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

It's been feast or famine with the tailoring lately.  First course: summerweight sportcoats, from dark to light- available except for the palm beach

badASS Bonobos cotton/linen blackwatch, very lightly structured and MIUSA, 38R

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

pop! on mabro for sartori atelier.  wool/silk, 44R

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

not the GOOD good palm beach - but a knockaround 1 button white shawl collar in my size?  hell yes.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Lightly structured david chu linen, complete with patch pockets.  made in Italy, 42-44

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And some cashmere for those seemingly distant colder months, all from the same donor (plus that David Chu linen):

Polo x corn slate gray herringbone cashmere sc, polo II model with a ticket pocket

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Oxxford Owentsia sportcoat in crown cashmere, 43

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

6x2 DB Garrick Anderson (pop!) by Isaia (not pop?) for Louis Boston, wool/cash with a great windowpane pattern

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

BB brookstweed in a windowpane scottish shetland fabric

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

To start off the suits, my very first reunited tuxedo!  Totally sick custom navy shawl collar by Roger Kent, size 40ish and available:

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

And finally, three more orphans, three suits, three amazing tales of redemptive reunion!  All from completely polar ends of the stylistic spectrum (if there were three poles, I suppose): boardroom warrior, gold-chain hung dirtbag, and survivalist winter huntsman - all n/a

Brioni millennio striped suit - far and away the most modern details/styling I've found in tailored Brioni

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I usually don't cop CD Monsieur but a velour track suit?  I mean come on.  Nylon/poly, made in the states

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

This one is pretty remarkable - found a week apart, in different states, from different brands.  Both my size, and meant to be together.  Has to be some kind of thread first.

Stormproof (85% wool 15% nylon) MIUSA hunting suit, crazy thick gray base wool with red and green overchecks.  Daiki Suzuki eat your heart out.

Pants by LL Bean, love the suspender buttons

Note the WPL #...

Jacket by woolrich - incredible construction and details

Ideal zip

Same WPL! guessing it's a fabric code - the two pieces are basically identical (slightly different nap on the pants, perhaps)

And that's it, good luck out there gentlemen!
