The official thrift/discount store bragging thread - Part II (Return to the Thunderdome) - Page 2347

The passes I doubt are almost always condition-related. I passed on one of these that was faded beyond what I'd normally accept a few weeks ago. Now that I'm seeing how much Spoo is selling it for, I think I still could have made money.

I passed on a couple leather NWT leather Indian Motorcycle Jackets in XXL. My dad slapped me on the head and I went back the next day and they were gone.

I was very close to passing on a 2003 14 MIL Zegna sport coat last year because it was too big for $15 but @Jompso slapped some sense into to me before I did that.

It's the Slauson swap meet, slauson and crenshaw, and yea had my life threatened there too. Got all the bases covered.

Edit: My reason for being there, strictly to cop crisp white tees, I kinda fucking deserved it though, just for being such a fucking idiot. Three packs of Calvin Kleins will do just fine.

Don't cop. It's old and dated, the lapel gorge is low, and its a black blazer, most undesirable blazer color. Definitely won't be worth intial investment plus the few months it sits and the 25 it will go for.

Sold all three in less than 5 min. baldy[1].gif I guess they were priced to low

What have yall regretted selling?

This is a hard one, because the market kind of dictates what things sell for.

my current regret is a BBC leather varsity. I made a lot of money on it, but could have doubled it if I held out
