I didn't want to mention the "potential" in case dude likes it as-is, which would be totally fine...but yeah if it were mine I'd make with the paint scheme, fill in the angled posts with something solid and whimsical, and stain those concrete planters.  Looks like at least one fireplace as well - would be awesome if there was one of those 3-sided "floating" fireplaces in the LR, but having any, as it appears they do, rocks nonetheless.

Oh, no offense taken at all. When we found the place, we loved it because it was completely live-able as-is, but virtually everything had the potential to upgrade. Def going to be painting the exterior at some point (any suggestions?? PM me). Probably not until next spring/summer, but someday. We already spent 40 hours scrubbing and painting the entire upper level last week. I forgot how physically exhausting painting can be. The kitchen is weird because it's mostly redone and new but countertops/flooring/cabinets are all hideous. That's the first place we're fixing.

Here's a grab from google street view when everything is in bloom. I'm excited for whatever's in the planters to start blooming this year. As of now, everything is still kind of dead, but starting to bud around here.

And here's my dumb little dog hanging out in the backyard. She doesn't understand that laying in grass is more comfortable than laying in wood chips.

Alright, I'll stop jacking the thread with house stuff now. I finally hit a few stops yesterday and found nada.

You have loved Brioni OTR and want to "graduate" to the next level.

You don't ever buy OTR and want to go with someone you can trust.

You're in it purely for the brag.

Your dad said he'd buy you your first suit :)

There could be plenty of reasons to go MTM with Brioni.
