Speaking of cashmere overcoats. Does anyone recognize this label? The jacket is made by London Fog but I was wondering if anyone of importance made it for them as I've never seen their stuff made in Italy.

That and if your wearing just a ocbd then it's not cold enough to be in shearling. I would test the fit with I mid- weight sweater on as well.

Discount store pickup. New Grenson Dylans. Unfortunately, they're just a bit big (10F uk so about a 10.5-11D us), so they're on the trading block in this thread.

Where did you guys see this?

I only see a pair of gloves in the sale section and I looked 10mins after Spoo initially posted it. Was it gone that quickly?

I bought it 3 hours later and at that time they had EG, Alden and the gloves in stock.. Maybe people had it in their cart and changed their mind.

@impuntura @the2ndhandman
Thanks guys. It's definitely cold enough for shearling but this thing is super warm. Agreed on the mid weight sweater. I actually think it'll be spot on with another layer. Collar seems unpoppable unfortunately. Won't stay up.

I'm pretty sure I have, but can't place it.

I'm bad at this game. But I know I've seen it on something more than just catch and release.

I'll be flying into New York City this Thursday evening until Sunday evening with my fiance. She'll be at a law conference at NYU all day Friday and I plan on doing some thrifting while I'm there so if anyone wanted to join for a spot/grab some coffee/offer a store lead it would be greatly appreciated!

Hey,

At the risk of creating a furor or looking like an idiot, what exactly makes a tie 'dated as fuck'? I mean, besides the garish 1970s monstrosities, anything made of polyester, anything 5" wide....but what makes an ordinary 100% silk tie "dated" (and thus not stylish)?  I see threads saying ties are dated, but I'm missing the details that make that true.  Is it length? Width?  Type of regimental stripe? Lack of reppiness? The label on the back?

Best dunk contest finals ever. And yes, I rewatched the mj vs nique , and that can't hold a candle (when comparing dunk to dunk - obviously having the biggest stars in the game is worth something too).
