Brodeeeeeetzzzzz? Looks like late 70s/early 80s. Can you send pictures of all of the tags and a couple overall pics? I'd love to add this to my virtual collection and maybe tell you more about it.

R2 Pullover? I haven't seen one of those for more than a decade...

Please tell me that was all from one stop? I love finding these things...

@fueco has converted me. I can identify lots of the Patagonia now lol and my mom loved the last one I picked up and asked for more. It's like minus a million today in Toronto and she called me to tell me how warm she is.

Cheers and thank you

Please stop doing this. Read the goddam thread. Read the last goddam thread. Use eBay completed listings. If you think there's a chance it's not a thing, then it's probably not a thing. If you won them for GBP2 and GBP1 respectively they are almost assuredly not things, barring any severe misspellings because things that are things almost never slip through the cracks, and certainly don't do so if they are made by Brooks Brothers or RT.

Christ at this rate the only people not on my block list are going to be Spoo, Barrel, and maybe Woofa.

No, just some old worn out ties. Think of a high end store....perhaps Harrods? I dunno...but in the states we have Neiman Marcus. If it's something you would only find at Saks or Neiman Marcus it might be a thing. If you can buy it new in a mall...NO.

....and remember, just because someone else on the thread buys it does not mean it's a big deal....some are able to work miracles with resale, most not so much.

quick stop, couldn't refuse:

ladies' straw hat haul. saks, magnin, etc etc.

Ok. I won't post for a while then. Not a problem.

Broke my thrifting break today.

Pop

Found this guy too...

@Nataku

@double00

brief research is telling me this is looking like 40's 50s? Cotton flannel CPO

Picked up a Gucci orphan that was 3$ and I might cut the buttons off, or something, and a Bonobos premium shirt that fits well that was a dollar.

Passed on a pair of 80s vintage Sorel Arctic Pacs that were missing an insert.

But if you find a Brooks Brothers regimental stripe tie...kop!
