tag was cut. but it looked more like a medium/large than a small.
But like I said, I can't really proxy cause I'm going to be out of town for 2/3 days so who knows what's going to happen to it in the meantime...

Had a good quick stop after work...

Got very excited today when I came across some charcoal Ermenegildo Zegna pants in my size at the Sally Ann. Went to try them on, and despite the pair being tagged at $7.00 AND it being 50% day, I am not taking a chance that whatever stained the crotch that badly is just urine, or would even come out with dry cleaning. Disappointment of the year, right there.

You found a fucking dream coat....

With that said though, I've never come across an item in a thrift store that is worth the retail price of a brand new model with tags, especially when it's damaged too...maybe I'm not going to the right ones. Say we were all operating with this logic, everyone's thrift post would consist of texts stating things like "Zegna Cashmere Blazer $3,500" and "mint Brioni suit $6,000 and left cuz of small stain".... A 95 S600 Benz with 120K miles with a small ding, is a boss fuckin whip, but it's not worth $190,000.

You found a personal Grail item. You found a gorgeous piece of clothing. You found Brioni cashmere. You didn't find 11k. You found someone's dated, damaged coat. Lets just be honest here.

New model. No damage.

But hey, maybe I'm missing something..

Lol genius took the lowest one he could find.how about you post the other ones.
How about we make a bet.if Brian cant get at least 800 for this i will leave and never come back.
But if he does you pack your bags shut up and never post here again.
i wasnt gonna comment on your morning LV brag but since you like a good shit on parade.
You basically bragged that you paid OVER asking.you.OVER.PAID.
For what a dingy 80's garment bag.
Now im gonna guess they were asking a certain number.you must have doubled it or tripled even.you wanna know why they accepted, because they saw a sucker from a mile away.
Ive been to estate sales.i know the pricing i know the drill.
Now i know youre gonna try to puff out your chest at me and come at me hard.dont.

Edit: just to add.where and when did i say i found 11k?
I said i found an 11K coat.nowhere did i say thats what Iam expecting or even a tenth of that.
You are an embarassment.
Youre like the Kanye of thrifting.short on talent long on yapping with delusions of grandeur.thats what im gonna call you from now on, Janye

Did no one answer  because it's too obvious?

Fake as FCK.  Also, that silk 100% tag is on a TON of fakes, if you ever see that phrase "SILK 100%" idk how good the rest of it looks to you, it's fake.
