I had no idea Apolis was something. I saw one yesterday that made me turn my head, and then I saw Made in China and thought I had been tricked lol I just looked up the retail on their stuff and pretty pricey. (unless they have different levels or something)

I love my Sorel boots - wearing them today.  They get used more here in Canada though - temps down to -23C/26C next couple of days.

Lastly though, you don't know shit about my business, how I operate it, and what it entails, and the idea you think you have the right to merely imply that you have to work harder than me is fucking unreal. Have you even been at this for a month yet? Been tough for ya? Do you have a single fucking clue what it entails to own and operate your own business in the city I live in? You don't know shit. The fucking thread should get a cut of your sales cuz you don't click a button without asking if you should. I don't care what your intent was, implying any familiarity with what I do without even possessing one with what you do, is fucking unbelievable.

Man, you routinely read WAY too far into things that I and others write, and then escalate things way beyond where they need to be. It's not a personal attack.

You're coming from the perspective of a guy who hit Isaia (IIRC) his first time at a thrift. You're getting Kiton, Isaia, and Brioni ties on a "dry spell." There are a lot of people here who would be excited to find ONE tie that good. I'm not saying you don't work hard. I know that you work hard. I'm saying that if you are able to find better stuff regularly, your perspective changes on what to pick up and what to pass on. If I could find 5 Kiton/Brioni/Isaia level ties every week, I'd stop buying most RTBOC & BB ties.

Speaking of RT, here's a tie I found that's worth picking up imo. Current season, I think (same pattern in a different colorway up on RT's website right now).

When you come across an estate sale that is actually a private collection along with new items hosted by buyers, you stumbled across a score. When you find out that all that awesome shit in the photos is going on display this weekend you get pumped. When you find out this weekend is by appointment only and is booked solid and reserved strictly for high end collectors and their best personal clients, you get bummed. Knowing the good shit will be gone when it's open to public next weekend leaves you with no option but to get in there this weekend somehow. Judging by inventory, you conclude Barneys reps are involved, you text the barneys rep whose number you have to confirm. Confirmed. You then tell them to tell the owner of the item you want, you'll pay over asking via paypal transfer site unseen immediately if they will sell it to you that day. You pay and you pick the item up that night. And that's how you get shit done, and fuck over a shit load of appointment making, eager collectors and buyers in the process. Sorry but I'm not sorry.

Vtg 1980s Giant LV Garment/Travel Bag. Excellent Vintage condition. some superficial marks and the tan leather definitely needs a cleaning, but no staining and just natural leather patina, no distressing. Most notably and important however, every single piece of hardware, zipper toggle, rivet clasp, handle, clip, are all pristine and attached. Not bad a bad pickup for Thursday night past 9 oclock.
