For a guy that posts NOTHING you got a lot of opinions.
Agreed on refinishing. This is only really an issue with museum quality pieces or items with a historical provenance. Normal, even if rare, pieces generally do well with a refinish as long as we aren't talking about stripping and/or changing the original intended look of a piece. I love the MCM pieces you post. That desk is incredible...

But, the dude asked a fucking simple question, not sure it was worthy of an attack. Double00 posts some pretty damn good shit.

wake me when you find vintage levis and subsequently wash em to get rid of the stains. tbh i'm not a fan of mcm but to each their own.

downer stuff from today:

hermes, nice zegna, illusionist ricci

- the hermes is destined to be either a narrow tie or a bow tie. what was the name of that service that recrafts these into bow ties?

the cap is o.g. us-made new era, all wool and big pony baller. fits a human head, too!

Man, I really wish I could take a decent photograph to save my life. I might as well be posting stafford here. If anybody has a Canon DSLR and would like to pm me some beginner's tips on taking a nice photo, that would be awesome. I feel like the close up/small pics (ties, shoes, hats etc are ok), but jackets and such look like shit,

Ahh well, anyhoo, this is from the last few weeks.

A timely find, as I'm starting advanced draping in a week and a half.

Twin unworn italian made BB belts, sz 40.

Differences aside.
What do stains on vintage jeans have to do with blemished furniture.
Apples and oranges.
Would you buff out a mineral on a vintage watch if you could do it safely and properly to increase value.of course you would.
You like jeans, good for you i dont.i dont see the big deal but I can see the appeal and profits.to each his own.

To lighten the mood. It's worth I to see Biz Markie for a ten spot right? I mean, Just a Friend and Vapors has to be worth that.

He does any Yo Gabba Gabba shit tho and I'm out.
