Both, but heavily skewed towards flipping. I keep maybe 1 out of 50 clothing items for self. Books, vinyl, some art, electronics and oddball finds are usually for self.

Those corduroy Polo jackets are at TJ Maxx for those interested. $150 at my local store last I checked.

Going to post some unremarkable stuff (with worse pictures) from yesterday.

I'll leave this unspoiled as it's awesome and genuinely vintage

I've been keeping a decent amount recently. My tastes have changed over the last year or so so I'll usually find something I like (a sweater or something) and replace one I don't wear anymore. I rarely keep something without giving something away.

Have you guys noticed? Lately, the term "iGent" hasn't been thrown around.

I don't think it's common at all. The cop said he has been working the area for 10 years and the last time he was in the area was 4 years ago and it was some kind of domestic thing.

I can't imagine it being someone specific. The other builders have large outside lights. Mine didn't, it does now!

Believe me, if the jacket were EUC, it would already be on one of my z-racks. It has a little bit of fraying on the corduroy ribbing on the back of the neck. That it why I refuse to pay their asking price.
