Checking the details

Cracked leather pulls... leather?  What is this thing?

Oh man, this is legit old.

OH SHIIIIIIT

Cleaned up and put to good use.  Has some damage, so not in the best condition, but to have a legit Knoll Credenza for $0 feels right good.  Even with the damage it should bring a decent lump sum if I sell it.

Amazing score, you are looking at a couple of.grand to.the right person.

Has to be done at the shoulder. You might have better luck since you need shorter sleeves but your tailor will charge a buttload to do it!!

I'd amend this to say you can adjust it, but only within a limited tolerance -- maybe an inch or an inch and a half at most. But it can be done just like normal sleeves.

Trying to get a few photos taken/posted tonight. I just got things wrapped...and used my packing materials. All of the gifts for my family are festively wrapped in beige packing paper. The ribbon really dressed it up, but I can't be alone in doing that, right?

Furthermore, does it scare the hell out of anyone else when someone tells you "oh, you're going to LOVE what I got you!"? happy.gif

I wrap everything in brown postal paper and twine, because it's proper.

Recent finds...

These are rare birds for me. I've only found one other tie and a couple of scarves.

I missed the minor wear on the cuffs because I was in a rush. Seersucker Etro shirt, size L.

Children's Harley jacket, not leather.

CD made in Germany, Escada made in France. @SpooPoker, you take glasses, right?

I average around 5 pairs of Ludwig Reiter per year and I've found 8-9 pairs in the last 5-6 weeks. @dahl5yankees: sorry, this pair is too small for you!

John Galliano purse

The picture is terrible, but it's a great jacket. N/A

I knew this dreamboat was something before I touched it. It was the lapel roll that grabbed my attention before anything else. Definitely N/A!

Edit: It's a full suit, pants not pictured. They were going to split it up (priced separately).
