Depends on material. Merino or other non-cashmere wools are great for self but don't sell well. Cashmere Gran Sasso is defs a thing.

PSA dudes who are near my size. I have bee reading that damn book that someone posted the other day (The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up), and have begun putting it to use.

I have found that out of 26 Suits/SC, only 15 of them fit me any more. So the 11 of them that don't fit, no longer spark joy, are hitting the streets.

Roughly 44-45R

BB Seersucker, PRL Cord, Local Shop Fresco Weave, BB Wool/Silk/Lino Blend, Burberry's Glen Plaid, HSM Check

HSM Windowpane, Norman Hilton Donegal, Norm Thomson Herring Harris, Jack Victor Bamboo, BB (Italy) Blue Birdseye Suit

Proper pics will follow in the next day or so.

actually yes. If so, my money's on St. Ignatius Prep. I believe they had those colors for many years even though now they are a more straightforward maroon and yellow.

Vintage Lillehammer sweatshirt. My size. Totally keeping.

I had to Google the Lotus Designs portion... That's an older model paddlesports top by Patagonia. Lotus Designs was their subsidiary company for kayaking stuff.

I'm especially stoked about the S/T Dylan, the Black Market Clash, the BRUCE, ,the Miles Davis, the Decline of Western Civ OST (which is rare!) and the Tom Waits.

way late but awesome haul, love that The Jam double and super jealous of the Decline LP!

Non thrifting question but I think it will be right up some of your alleys.

Recently saw a Patagonia ultra light down jacket at Costco on sale for $150.  I have gotten to the point where I no longer have a jacket like this, only coats and leather jackets.  Having never before actually handled one I was amazed at how light these things are.  Now down here in Dallas we probably would not be wearing this more than a few times a year but I was interested.

Starting doing some research and these things are quite pricey at the moment.  Not too much available yet on EBAY used and I am willing to hold off a while as I don't really need it but what do you guys think that own one?  Worth waiting for one of the top ones?  I do take a trip up north once a year or so.  They sell one at Uniqlo for $80 which seems to be pretty similar but I am not sure.  Was thinking maybe I would see one for sale around Black Friday.  Appreciate your input and sorry about non thrifting question although I would be pretty pleased to find one at the local goodwill.

Thanks,

I have had good luck emailing Luccheese with the style number and picture and they usually respond with details. The 2000s aren't as desireable as the others. Could just be bullhide.

Thanks,

Its a great fall jacket, potentially viable on a warmer day in the winter.  Ubiquitous in the New England region and resale price is prohibitive, better off buying new, IMO.
