This would be regional most likely...that or you're not talking to enough females, dunno....knew what a Birkin was since like 9th grade and it wasn't cuz I was in the market for one.

I hope it's jazz.

Sorry guys... I probably got too excited. It's not a lot of rare stuff, but a wide breadth of cool stuff. 99 cents each.

I'm especially stoked about the S/T Dylan, the Black Market Clash, the BRUCE, ,the Miles Davis, the Decline of Western Civ OST (which is rare!) and the Tom Waits.

Wes, you just need a diffusor for your windows, and you can fruitfully remain indoors on those bright sunny days.

And if I see a copy of Becoming a Supple Leopard, I'm going to pick up for one of you guys with thrifter's elbow or discount store knee. Goofy title but great book.

I learned about Hermes by casually walking into one of their boutiques in a Vegas hotel a while back and doing an imaginary spit take when I saw the price on one of their bottles of cologne.

I decided to go a little bit different today with my outfit for work.

Hat: Goorin (Thrift)

Shades: Persol (Discount)

Pack: Timbuk2 (Thrift)

Shirt: James Perse (Thrift)

Vest: Hysteric Glamour (Thrift)

Pants: Lululemon (Thrift)

Shoes: Pantafolo d'oro (Discount)

This whole hi tech outfit feels weird compared to my usual workwear and denim. It feels so...synthetic

Had not considered a shower curtain. That should do the trick.

Haha me too until I was (not so nicely) corrected one day by one of the servers at the restaurant I worked at in Miami

Best 10 minute thrift quickee in a long time. Had a few minutes to kill before picking up my daughter. One stop: Polo Ralph Lauren brown leather bomber jacket with awesome patina (damn thing weighs almost 5lbs.), EUC Allen Edmonds Franklin, NWOB Allen Edmonds Sedona, Arnys tie, and a beautiful pair of NIB Crockett & Jones Bermuda oxfords in "ocean" (blue) suede.

That's a great solid haul. There's a lot of staples in there. They also appear to be in fantastic shape. Well done!
