Hmmm..I was going to hit up a Savers over lunch and totally forgot it was 50% off day. Anyone else absolutely loathe half off day? Barely anything new comes out and all the good stuff was probably snagged by someone the night before. I always end up buying garbage that I waver on but then think "but it's really cheap".

I ended up buying two white ones and one blue made from the Alumo.  The others didn't have a tag showing the fabric.  There were 2-3 white ones left and 4-5 blue.  They were $5 each.

Some stuff, all available.

Caruso (right?) suit for Edwin Nazario, EU52 100% cashmere

Accessories

Amazing Dege & Skinner suit, crap pics but it's navy with a lighter blue pinstripe.  About a UK46-48.  I'm actually having trouble measuring this as it's cut kind of generously for the bigger man at the front it that makes sense, so the fabric kind of folds making it harder to accurately measure pit to pit.  Is there a technique to measuring bigger jackets?

And some Edwin cinchback jeans.  Still raw, maybe worn once - tagged 34 but come up a 37 at the moment, assume that's because they'll shrink a bit on washing.

My wife got the thriftening today.  At least as it relates to Women's clothes.

Thriftening as in ST. JOHN  and more St. John, and More St. John, and then some more St. John.

I found one of these.

It is actually larger than this this one.  It has 9 lights, and at least 16 antlers.

I got the picture online, because I have to go back to the sale with my truck to pick it up.

When I get it, I'll take pics.   Its not my kind of thing, but the people who are into it LOVE THEM.

I would take the full inner measurement from where the button would lay on the button hole to the button center. Kind of like how you measure a dress shirt neck. It won't be perfect, but you'll be closer to figuring out the exact size.

KOP? Or Proxy? I can probably get it for $600 maybe less today.

Would not KOP unless for self and you love it. And this is coming from a guy who loves Omega. That shit is priced insanely high.

Dear thriftclause, like other have also posted, I'm not picky. My sizes are in my profile. I've been more into the SW&D side of things lately and less CM. I also dig vintage sewing and tailoring books and things of that nature. Thank you in advance.
