So many good kops from you guys, so many pages to go through ahahah :D

Not hitting the stores as much as I used to but recent purchases include a Brioni suit, Lanvin DB blazer, Corneliani ultra recent SC, etc... Pics soon. Surely coming to a consignment near you ahah.

My BEST purchase so far? A haggar suit my size that I'm gonna go completely fucking berserk on (+cheap shirt and tie). Classic zombie businessman costume for saturday ahahahah

One of my most exciting presents as a kid was this:

Still remember building that one too.

Nikon D3100 is around $300 all day long and i would rather it buy it online because its an electronic item and i would need some sort of warranty in case it goes dead in a week or two. I am guessing the $600+ had expensive lens combos

ALSO, I have a Nikon D40 and  Canon Rebel EOS and I am trying to decide which one to keep and which one to sell.  OR, maybe sell them both and buy the D3100?

If i recall right D40 was among the last bodies that had a built in auto motor. Its a good camera, i would suggest you keep it and invest in decent glass instead.

I know we had the onion article recently but this is from today:

I think we should organize an angry mob and take this into our own hands kinda justice.  These guys are messing with our business.

Found these on the beach in Cali last week. Not the greatest, but free.

I am new to this thread, but you all inspired me to go thrifting in my neck of the woods. I think I found some decent things, but wondered if you could tell me where I scored and where I struck out. (Pics to come)

Someone pointed out a pair of persols Linda was selling and I ended up getting them. Wellll they showed up and both lenses have knicks in them... 😑.

Anyone has a guess how much it should cost to replace the lenses? Or should I just return them?

My favorite suit ever was an Attolini in tan cotton. Absolutely gorgeous.

My wife just took a pair of Alden MTO Cigar Shell wingtip boots to the thrift shop. They were too narrow (10A) so hardly ever worn. Good luck!
