Isetan and Kapital come to mind. Doesn't Kind have a location (or a few) in Tokyo? Also, beware, Isetan is 8 stories tall. You might be there a while.

I always wonder about companies like JNCO and Tommy Hilfiger, who have had their time in the sun, and now live essentially half lives. The same goes for a lot of tech companies that were really prominent for years, and then were replaced, but still seem to have a very small niche that they continue to occupy.
Alber Elbaz is leaving Lanvin. I never followed Lanvin closely but now there seems to be openings at several French fashion houses.
