Random fashion thoughts - Part II (A New Hope) - Page 707

post #10591 of 13969
Any recommendations for dining/shopping in downtown LA? I'll be checking out both MOCAs tomorrow and am looking for some suggestions. I'm being dropped off by a friend so won't have a car while I'm there, so places within walking distance would be preferable.

@notwithit
, I'm kind of trying to avoid another pair of vans - I just seem to shred them too quickly.

Just thought of another one. Along with the MMM suggestion above, Christian Kimber has suede slip-on (although I don't know if they're in the color you want). Kind of on the pricey side, but I've seen him do sales. Plus AUD to USD rate is pretty good.

The Geffen MoCA is right in little Tokyo, lots of great places to eat there. Hama Sushi? Sushi Gen? Definitely ask in the LA thread.

Thanks for the Baco Mercat recommendation. Both the food and drinks were really good.

If your Icelandic cousins beat France sunday I'm going to call for a generalized bombing. Actually, can't hate Iceland, they did good.

No more visits to Stockholm for you then. If you going to bomb Scandinavia I have couple places I would to suggest you start.

Glad you liked it, vibe there is very LA as well as the interior design.

No idea if you are following Euro 2016 but Wales (even with Gareth Bale) and Iceland performed surprisingly well, I definitely wasn't expecting this.
