I'd be very interested. Are you keeping the wingtip design? Any chance I can persuade you to consider hidro Moka?

The hidro Moka is very dark if you look at comparison pictures between the dark suedes.

and this is a few of the same colors from dark to light they are as follows (Hidro Moka, Tobacco, Jasper, Volpe, Canapa) but in natural light and inside for comparison:

Thanks for the visual clarification; the Moka seemed lighter in the first shot on my monitor.

@mw313 Thank you for the swatches in natural light mate.

wow the Moka looks really dark irl! It appears lighter on my screen too. I'm leaning more towards Tobacco, Jasper, (maybe even Volpe) @Monty L are you open to these suggestions? And yes, let's keep the wingtip design :)

You are welcome. It makes me happy to see that they have found good home too.

The tobacco sounds enticing, and looks to have a nice saturation on my screen. Sole configuration? Other details?

Yea I know what you mean! The Moka is really dark. I love the Tobacco and Jasper if you want a nice brown. The Volpe is great too but is a lot like Polo suede! I absolutely love Polo suede from GG and don't think that i can get away from them for that shade, but I'll definitely try out some of the other suedes from EB for now.

First up is Hidro Canapa for a chukka. I'm definitely thinking Walnut or Tobacco/Jasper for a two tone shoe later on!

Thanks! Yes, creasing all over the shoe seems to be common with museum calf. But what I was concerned about was this in the picture below. And this have to do with the construction method I was told.
I would not say that it has anything to do with the fact that they are hand welted, it's caused by how they have lasted the shoe (not too good in this case). Not something that will compromise the life span or anything though, it's cosmetic.

That was my initial thought as well.
