Barring a couple of small things, pretty happy with the result

Would anyone be so kind as to tell me the shaft height of their Enzo Bonafe bal boots?

My boots are fiiiinaly done and on the way. Man Enzo is slow with their MTO's. Unfortunately I'll have to wait until winter to wear them, since they are fur lined. But as usual, beautiful work by the Bonafe artisans.

I placed my order four months ahead. Got it just as spring arrived. Gabriel quoted sixteen weeks, so par for the course tbh.

Got the same quote; wish I'd have been as lucky. Got notified mine were ready 7 months to the day actually.

It's all good though. Mental note to self, these guys take a while, so I'll expect it next time I do an MTO with them. I really like Enzo's, I'm up to four now, and have my eyes on a few more.

It's a shame that sometimes they take a little (or sometimes a lot) longer than expected to deliver on a GMTO. But FWIW, each time I've received a pair, I've been nothing but very satisfied. Well worth the wait!
Meh. As long as they're better than Alden's wait times which are basically 'you'll get it when you get it' haha

Never ordered Alden's MTO, and with that bit of info don't think I will if that's their approach. Their barrie is a good enough fit for me that rtw is all I need from them. The Bristol boot is all that appeals to me, and the one I have from them. Anyway for what Alden charges, for me Zonkey is the way to go at that price point.

Yeah, I guess. Those guys over at Zonkey and St. Crisp, just ruin it for everybody with their great customer service. lol
But, yeah they do make good shoes. I keep ordering them, so guess I'm a glutton for punishment.

Steps have been taken to shorten lead times for MTOs. But at the moment we are quoting 4-5 months delivery time.
