well I have a black calf Jodhpur already, and a fox suede chelsea.  I think black suede would certainly fill a hole.

Ah ok. You are certainly right. For you, black suede would be just nice.

I was originally in this right? If you haven't counted me in yet then count me in. I believe we left at discussing whether to go leather sole or something rubber (Dainite) and we ended up with that tomir-esque sole on the table?

Does anyone have experience with the 173 last? Able to comment on how it fits compared to C&J and Alden?

I wonder how a black chelsea boot on the 804 or 74945 last would look. I have a chukka on the 773 last that I think would also look great.

Ah yes 773 last, another last. How is that last compared to othe EB lasts?

For this EB boot I went from 9.5D US to 8uk so one & half size down. It also depends upon preference I like my shoes snug fit. But if you don't like snug fit go one size down. This is my input, also just to be in safe side shoot email to skoak gents, they are mostly spot on. Hope it helps !!

Definitely.  I think something like a chelsea really needs a snugger fit.

I don't have anything in the 773. But I'd be ok with a Chelsea in the other two. Are you interested?
