Me too!!! Ok we wait for Leaves then to confirm.

funny thing is, i think the balmoral goes well with the captoe and the wingtip goes well with swan-neck and heel counter.  curves and balance and all.

but obviously that's my aesthetics and won't be in line with everyone else's.

If a balmoral wingtip is a deal breaker for you I would be willing to go with either of your suggested choices to make this gmto happen.

The only reason why I prefer the originally posted photo was because of the brouging on the (side of) the facing. I think that small detail reduces the area of the facing and separates the area of the faux laces from the gussets. Its also a classic detail found on full brogue wingtips. The photo posted by Leaves only has stitching on the sides of the facing. Id be willing to go with the wingtip and the swan neck and heel counter if we can have that additional brouging on the sides of the facing.

Does this make us 3 in thus this GMTO a go?

Hi Patrik,

Thank you, this seems like a conventional full brogue wingtip, with separate heel counter and swan neck seams.

The earlier shown model is a balmoral wingtip. Might you know which model that would be?

Hey there, @borbor, please don't feel that you can't give any input with regards to the GMTO.

It definitely doesn't matter who comes first / second / third, yadayada.
All participating parties should have equal say, and ultimately, have a pair of shoes that they love, and are satisfied with.

That being said, with regards to the designs discussed, swan neck or balmoral, brogueing on facings or not, I'm easy, really.
