UPDATE! A generous overseas anonymous benefactor has taken advantage of the weak American dollar and just purchased the ultimate jumprope (which, in his country, is known as a "skipping rope", although in this case, the term "œuvre d'art" is the most appropriate one to use) for the full $50, so unfortunately this piece is now off the market.
