Tramezza, Barbera, Oxxford, Borrelli, Zegna, Etro, Caruso, preview for tomorrow...... - Page 3

Dear Ed, What is the difference between the Corneliani Vogue and the Elite Slim? I am wearing the latter today in 32 and get about the exact same measurements--but it is hard to say because I am wearing them and did not take them off to get exact numbers. I think maybe the rise is lower on the Vogue model? Any idea what makes the Vogue the Vogue? Thanks

PM sent on the Saks topper...

And regarding the Corneliani, if it's a Vogue USA then it's a more full cut.

Replied.

I thought the same thing about the Vogue/Elite Slim but honestly, I come up with the same measurements on both , they seem like the same exact pant in terms of fabric, construction and fit. I'm sure there is some difference, I just can't spot it.

Later tonight I'll have more Caruso's (the cool one that was in this thread in a 44-46L, along with another one in 44R), a Luciano Barbera navy mackintosh in 44 I think, some pants and other assorted junk.

Aaahhh, pants. My experience is with coats...perhaps that's the diff.
