Though traditionally Takoyaki should only be made with tenticals, im sure you could probably sub in baby octopus bits for adult tentical parts. You could always be a monster like me and bite their heads off (though that was an adult octopus, it was a tough motha fucka to bite through) I do like the grilled octopus ideas also
