Very good condition. No alterations.
There is some very minor discoloration inside the bottom of the collar (not visible from outside) and underarms. Mostly visible in bright light up close. Should wash out.
Interior edge of the fabric on one sleeve seam is shredded about 1" (pictured). When it was produced the stitching missed the seam, causing the edge of the fabric to fray some. It's NOT visible from the outside and the exterior stitches are fully intact.
55% cotton, 45% linen. Made in Slovakia. Nice lightweight and breathable fabric in a very light blue color with faint slubby streaks. The sleeves fit a bit short but it looks better rolled up anyway imo and the sleeves aren't tight so it rolls comfortably.
