that was the same problem i had with hairmates, i wanted a short hairstyle but after a week or two..it grew back out and now i need another hair cut

i've been there. He is good with the buzzers but you can forget it if your hair requires a lot of scissor work. I try to have them do the nakata cut but it was just a mess. They just dont understand that style and its hard to duplicate it with just the buzzer.

check out salon vijin in rockerfeller center. good service. friendly staff. been a steady customer for over 2 years now.

someone posted about a japanese hairstylist in NYC that charged around 50. said she was really great. anyone know who she is?

I usually go to Seagull. It comes out to around 100 or so. I figured I'd try out Hoshi Coupe since it's 40. OK I give the guy props because he cut my hair for the longest amount of time and it looked like he was trimming a bonzai tree. Very concentrated and good. But it def was not 40. It came out to 73. He did a nice job and it's a 25% savings off of Seagull but what happened to 40? I hooked him up with a solid tip because you guys said they only make 3.50/hr.

Hiro no longer works at HC. Anyone know where he went? I don't know where to go now...maybe back to seagull.
