When you're the boss and your firm loses $2.3 billion (as far as they know right now), your head is going to roll. The buck has to stop somewhere. Not that he's getting a bad deal either, he's leaving with $160 million.

I don't deny the insidious influence of race but in this case i think it was more about the green, actually, red.
