Did my routine Finger Twist this morning. Beautiful. Clean as a Whistle for next 24 hours. Surprised most people don't do it.

Just make sure to use the other hand to do the actual "finger twist"ing. You may not want to be interrupting the process once it's begun.

Sometimes I take dumps so large, when I stand up after all necessary procedures are completed my knees quiver...I'm guessing it's my legs acclimating to my weight after a sudden drastic drop.

Ever happen to anyone else?
