Here is a 44L (maybe 44XL) Polo Ralph Lauren brown heavy linen, single breasted 3 button sportscoat. It is very soft and unconstructed, mostly unlined, has a center vent and the fabric is a very nice, substantial herringbone.
I'd like $150 shipped CONUS, OBO
Measurements: shoulders (flat across)=20, chest (under arms)=23 1/2, waist (middle button)=22 1/2, length (collar bottom)=33 1/2, sleeves=27"

, center vent jackets are a very tough sell. Off season fabrics are very tough sell. Large length jackets are a tough sell and I find size 44L to be one of the least demanded, for whatever reason. I have a 44L Ox which I am 99% certain I will need to take to ebay. I'd hold this jacket if I were you until spring. All that being said, this forum is amazing in that if you can wait long enough and your prices are reasonable (which I think this jacket is), almost everything sells. I'm just an impatient person
