In continuation of my wardrobe cleaning, I'm putting up for sale these two coats from J.Crew and Ben Sherman. They have been worn, but are both in great condition. The prices shown include shipping to anywhere in the United States - shipping internationally will be extra. Google Checkout is preferred. J.Crew Tweed Sportcoat, Charcoal Herringbone, 40R $80 shipped This is from F/W 06. It's essentially the same cut as this year's, except this one is lined - the current version this year is only half lined. The sleeve buttons are non-functional, so you can easily alter them if needed. Measurements Shoulders - 18" Sleeves - 26" Chest - 20.5" Waist - 19.5" Length - 30" (English tweed) Ben Sherman Zipped Peacoat, Black, Medium SOLD It is also from F/W 06 and was in the Special Brew line. 90% wool, 10% nylon. The ends on many parts of the coat are unfinished, and have a slight fraying. Measurements Shoulders - 18" Sleeves - 25.5" Chest - 22" Waist - 21" Length - 31" http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...nsherman_1.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...nsherman_2.jpg (Cape backing) http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...erman_a_v1.jpg http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...erman_a_v2.jpg (Working throat latch) http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...erman_a_v3.jpg (Working sleeve buttons) http://i225.photobucket.com/albums/d...erman_a_v4.jpg

To answer a few questions I've had on the measurements, the length measurement of the coats were taken from the bottom of the collar, down the back to the hem.

Hey Robin,

Is your coat still available and what would you charge to mail to Canada?

Cheers,

Bob

I'd be interested in that J. Crew if it's still around. Chest sounds pretty snug for a 40R though..? I've experienced J. Crew to be somewhat bigger than that (regardless, their 40Rs fit me, so let me know if it's still available).

Just to clarify, the Ben Sherman is the one I'm interested in.

The Ben Sherman coat is now sold, but the J.Crew tweed jacket is still available.

Indeed! The Ben Sherman coat is great and Robin was wonderful to deal with.
