How do I do so while still preserving them? If I frame them on the wall I'm sure there is special glass I should use, does anyone know what it is? Any suggestions?

Well, I'm assuming that it's like displaying photographs: you don't want the newspaper to touch the glass. Make sure that whatever you use is acid free.

You mean the paper backing?

I don't think Dakota Rube has been acid free since the 70's.

Yeah, you want acid-free matting and backing. And you can get special UV glass that will filter out damaging light, though you still won't want to hang the clippings in direct sun. A framing shop should be able to set you up with what you need fairly inexpensively, assuming you want to use a pre-made frame.

One other thing you might consider is having copies made and displaying those rather than the originals. I've got an issue of Stars and Stripes announcing the Nazi surrender, and I had a very nice copy made for display purposes.
