Somebody must want to shed them. Please.

Yes any folks buy the wrong size and don't need size 9.... I'm second in line
post #3 of 17
I would also be interested in a 10 or 10.5 if anyone has an extra pair.
I would possibly be interested in a 9.5...
I may be giving up my 9s when they get to me, depending on how they fit. If I do, anyone out there want to part with some 9.5s?

Am I entitled to the right of first refusal? Gentlemen that we are, correct?
Correct, you 1st, me second..

I will possibly have both 9.5 and 9. Stay tuned until this weekend (slow UPS ground).

For all you guys who sized down 1/2, I think you will be happy with the fit. I'm a 9.5 and got my size 9s in the mail. Fits very well and not tight at all. If anything I'd say sizing down was definitely required unless you plan on putting liners in or wear super heavy socks. The only problem is they only sent me ONE DAMN BOOT. The box had the left chukka and nothing friggin else. Wtfwtfwtfwtf! Returning it to LE, although of course I'd rather just have boots. So yea I'm in line for some 9s as well.

I got my size 9 Gibsons in the mail today. It was as I remembered it. They fit OK, thanks to the lacing, but an 8.5 would be more ideal. Still, I'm not complaining.

Sorry to hear about your boots.

I am usually a 9D. I will be the first in line for a last Friday pricing size 8.5. Pardon me if you think I should start a new thread.

lol, that is bad!
how can they make a mistake as bad as giving you only one shoe?
if they dont have the other mate, you should ask for some kind of complementary gift cert or something small for compensation for your troubles.

Yes, as I wear them more I think the chukkas fit slightly looser than the Gibsons. I would still go true on the Gibsons, strange that they still fit large for Doc. Possible 1/2 size up for the chukkas.

btw, a pair of size 9 chukkas are on feebay now *wink* (not mine I swear, mine will be up later haha).

Got my Gibsons yesterday, size 9 fits fine.

I suppose I should now be loooking for an 8.5 in the Chukka. Damn, I lost my place in line.

Hopefully the glut of double orders and/or wrong sized orders will start showing up soon.
