Isn't the inclusion of this song punishable in some manor of fashion?

I love how this is a problem while Spears followed by Adams goes untouched.... or that Rollin' is followed by Black or White....

Sigur Ros, or Explosions in the Sky's song "First Breath after Coma".... Do the whole work out in slow motion (hour long workout becomes a week event). Doing the exercises in reverse (jogging backwards on treadmill, etc.) is optional.

I cannot defend Spears but Adams is a hero in Canada.

A hero in Canada? Come on... Adams gets a ton radio play over here in Finland for some reason. I've heard "summer of '69" about 20 times in the past couple weeks. Nickleback too. I thought I could get away from that crap for a little while, but no.

Anyway, My favorites off the top of my head for working out are Run DMC vs. Jason Nevins - It's like that, and Static-x - ostego. Pretty much any static-x is good to get the blood flowing.

I'll second this kind of workout. Well, at least rocking Sigur Ros and EITS at the gym. Magic Hours was in my mix forever.

Best workout song ever is Biohazard - Switchback. (Btw I'm not a fan of Biohazard at all, but I do like this song to work out with.)
