No, the labels are marked by retailers when items are sold to discounters to prevent the merchandise being returned to retail stores.

This is not so much a 'blazer' as a suit jacket sans the trousers. Am I correct? Never seen a pinstriped 'blazer'..

Actually this is indeed a Sport Coat. I have seen this exact model/fabric sold in the Ralph Lauren store as such.
