Hiltl has been getting a bit of play on the forum lately. They're a high quality German line of trousers. These are from their 'Sport' line, and are a lightweight twill.
They measure to 39 x 29.5 with 1.5" cuffs (waist is just a hair over 39"). They have been taken in slightly at the waist, and were likely originally 40 waist, but I can't find a size tag.
These are very well constructed and in excellent condition. They retail in the $185 range.
