Indochino, Proper Cloth and Natty Shirts - all 3 screwed up measurements - database problem?

This question is really for anybody who works in database management and understands this better than I do.

I'm not talking about shirts being cut differently than the measurements you asked for - I'm talking about measurements either disappearing from online profiles, or changes failing to save.

Is database management for online MTM shirt companies much more difficult than one would think at first?

At first I thought it was a fluke, but three separate companies have now had database problems where I entered a measurement, saved it - and then in a confirmation e-mail different measurements showed up. Or I log back in the next day and a measurement is different.

I take screenshots and save them in Evernote to compare so I know I'm not imagining it.

Any IT people care to comment on this? I'm just curious.

The latest weirdness is after I entered Proper Cloth alteration measurements in their web form today for my test shirt - I entered them, took a screenshot, hit the "continue" button - everything looked fine. Then I get the confirmation e-mail and the measurements are right back to the originals! I log in and sure enough the updates didn't save.
