Okay, so I picked up a few of these Riccardo Piacenza sweaters. They are very nice, and although they haven't gotten much mention on here, what has been mentioned is very good. Yoox is selling their wool sweaters for over $250. I take it they are one of the best Italian cashmeres, likely in the same league as Loro Piana. They feel nicer than the Loro Piana for Hickey Freeman I've seen (which start at around $400). Piacenza is one of the world's oldest family owned companies. Founded in 1733 it's apparently in the 11th generation. You can read more about the company here: http://www.piacenza1733.it/inglese/default.html The sweaters seem to run true to size. The EU 48 fit me well (I'm a standard 38) with enough looseness to be comfortable but not sloppy. All sizes are EU sizes. If you see as style you want in size 50 or 52 but I don't have it, let me know and I may be able to get it. I think I have all the 48. I may be able to get 54 and 56. I can also get a few other styles, like a pink v-neck. Prices include shipping to the U.S. Canada and overseas will be extra and will vary depending on the sweater. Some of these are hefty! Measurements are approximate because this is knitwear. Sleeve is from center of neck like a shirt.
