Guzzle down of what?!

I try to drink about 0.5 to 1 gal of water a day. I probably only make it to a half gallon most days.

another thing is, do you guys trust tap water... or is the whole "bottle water is cleaner" thing a get rich campaign by the bottling companies...

I go for tap water... not too much of a fan of ice-cold water...

Tap water builds character.

Aquafina and Dasani are just filtered tap water. I dont have the source anymore, but I read a story recently where on the labels, they are supposed to start labeling the city system that the water comes from.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I saw a show on Discovery that pointed out drinking loads of water has no additional benefit. Apparently, the body absorbs all the h20 it needs just from food.

According to them, the benefits of guzzling down loads of water is an urban myth.

I don't do the whole "filtered water or nothing" attitude, tap water for me. But I do keep about 2-3 gallons in the freezer, as I prefer cold water on a hot day.

I probably drink 1.25-1.5 gallons a day.
