Excellent deal on Footjoy goodyear welted shoes

A public service announcement.

This may be of interest to people looking to pick up some nice shoes at a very attractive price.

The following site has Footjoy welted dress and casual shoes (2nds) at very good prices -- around $90 before a discount of 15% using the code 'save15'. Some classic styles along with some really ugly, golf-derived styles. Also, shipping is free for orders over $100, so either a multiple pair purchase or a pair with some accessories could easily get you over the $100 level. http://www.golflocker.com/dress-shoe...ics-blems.html

FWIW, the Footjoy shoes are USA made, goodyear welted, and are comparable to AE's in quality, I would say. Certainly no one is likely to confuse them for Edward Greens, but for under $100 a pair I think this is a chance for people to get a quality pair of shoes for a good price.

For any golfers out there, this site often has the various Footjoy Classics at very good prices as well, so if you fall into this category, get on their e-mail list for their special offers.

Good deals, I particularly like these.

I'm 12 D in AE but they have the capstone tan only in 12 EEE. Will that be really massive for me?

Those were the first (and only) to really catch my eye, especially at the asking price.

Thanks for posting this, shoefan! Unfortunately, the only shipping option to Canada is UPS International Expedited: $56.87 for one pair. If it gets brokered customs, the shipping fee will certainly be higher than the cost of the shoes.

Are they sized similarly to Allen Edmonds. I wear a 10eee in AE, would it be the same in Footjoy?

With it shipped expedited, it definitely won't get charged brokerage fees. You will be responsible for taxes and duties tho.

Thanks for the heads up, Shoefan. I got those FJ's pictured...they look great, especially for the price ($76 after the coupon).

I think so. I am the same size in Footjoy as I am in AE. Of course, everyone's feet are different, so I can't make any promises. Given that your foot is obviously very wide, I would check the return policy before buying, though I would guess the same size as your AE's would work for you.

Does it bother anyone that these are factory blemishes? Has anyone tried to get these?
