As important as the size of the font, I say, is the hand of the cardstock. If you are appealing to an exclusive customer with the nicest of sensibilities, then you have to give him something that is a real pleasure to hold and fondle. I'd do nothing less than s160s. Go to a real printer - you might find an establishment advertising itself for the production of top-quality wedding announcements - and get the vicuna of ink and paper.
