Running shoes? - Page 2

Running shoes = for running. Prada Sport shoes are not really for sports, in the same way that no one (since the turn of the century, I imagine) wears sports jackets for sports (sorry I ripped your Attolini, but that was clearly a block. *Your* bad.) Go to the running store and get a pair that are good for your stride, weight, etc... don't worry about how they look. If you look good running, you'll look good. If you don't, work on your form (something I really need to do.)

I use Mizuno "wave nirvana 7." They're designed for narrow feet and are light as a feather. I've used many brands and have found Mizuno to offer appropriate support without severely altering my natural running motion. I replace my shoes every 4 mo. based on miles ran.
