Anyway, I was recently introduced to Magnanni shoes and was immediately interested, but i'm not sure about the quality. Maybe this should go into an ask threat but can anyone tell me a bit about the shoe for someone who doesn't own a pair. Key question... Is 500$ really worth it for these? and are they stitched in at the bottom or is that for show.

Again excuse me if I'm doing this the wrong way and thanks in advance.

Magnanni are very stylish shoes aka fashion forward. You can get some magnanni for little cheaper. But if you like the style & appeals to you get it high end magnanni rarely goes on sale. For around 500$ range you honestly should check out Carmina or Alfred Sargent. I would say Alfred sargents exclusive line kill both magnanni & Carmina etc. But regardless you can't go wrong with magnanni specially when you can pick them up from Nordstrom. For DB I love there miro comes in black & tobacco.

Oh by the way I just saw your picture those are cross over DM I own them too. I got them from Neman Marcus. I have them in burgundy & brown mix & they are very sick & unique that is for sure. I didn't realize that till now when I saw your DM pic again it's same thing I,have & I love them.

Agreed. Thats one of the main reasons i'm so drawn to them. They say Magnanni.com exclusive so the only way to get them would be for that $495 price tag. Still debating weather it is worth it or not.

What I find funny is at this price this is what they are advertising:

  • Hand finished leather cap toe with unique crossed double buckle monk strap
  • Leather and rubber sole with stacked leather heel
  • Leather lining
  • Made in Spain

Hand finished? Leather stacked heel? Many other makers use plastic or leatherboard.
