His MO is to buy merchandise from you and then accuse you of fake merchandise upon receipt.

thanks.

His username, if capitalized to read "MIT", suggests he may be in my neck of the woods. If you need some intimidating drive-bys outside his house late at night, go ahead and drop me a PM Brian

Ugh. Sounds like he pulled something on you. Did he claim those Ferragamos are fake? Thanks for the heads up.

he sure did.

and it is not sincere or an honest mistake on his part, more like one of those abrupt rude emails like, " yo, your shoes are fake"

I am starting to hate ebay as of late. People would not DARE do the things they do on ebay face to face. There needs to be stiffer repercussions then negative feedback for clowns like this. Along the lines of a broken rib.

On that note. What's his name and address.

hahaha, guys.
cmon.
i appreciate the brotherly village justice that i am so endeared to here on sf. i really do sincerely appreciate it and love the fact that we all get along here even though we may carp at each other overboard sometimes.

but it is ok. let see how i settle with him.

some buyers are just weird and stupid. I used to sell sneakers which are probably more often faked than dress shoes, and more than once someone would email me after the deal and ask "yo bro these look kinda fake". always a one-line message, never asking for anything, no evidence of any thought-out statement.

I would reply with a paragraph or so of how they had to be idiots to think they were fake. They would reply usually pissed off but at least they realized how stupid they were.

In retrospect I think the best way to deal with it is to offer to take it back immediately with no argument, just tell them shipping is not refundable. I think that would shut them up even faster.

that is what i am planning to do , i am conversing with him now, but he wants to go check it out tomorrow.

he says the gancini bit on the ferragamo does not have the word "ferragamo" on it like some gancini bits do.
so that thus means it is fake.

some gancini bits do and some dont, there are the thinner bits that dont say anything on them, go to ferragamo boutique, you will see lines of them. this guys an idiot, you are right.

I hope everything works out for you, Brian.

These Ebay idiots are one of the biggest reasons I prefer to sell my stuff here.

He's just disappointed because he spent more than $100 bucks on (used) Ferragamo shoes and he wants the world to know it. He thinks that if the metal bit doesn't say Ferragamo, he may as well have bought shoes at payless.
Would he have felt better if the bit has printed on it: "Ferigamo" ? -Gee, I didn't know that Rolex was spelled with an "A"......
Mine doesn't have either, and they are from mainline.
