Armani Black Label Suits

I am looking at a few Armani Black Label suits on Ebay. What is the quality level of these garments? Also, for a new with tags, what would be a good Ebay price? Finally, the suits I am looking at are advertised as being constructed of "wool crepe", and I am not familiar with that term. What is it, and to what is it comparable?

Crepe is a loose spongy weave that is nice for summer. Visually it resembles a fine sponge and absorbs light rather than reflect it. It is popular for tuxedos. I like it but some people don't.
