tomorrow we will start our summer sales! Don't miss the occasion to order your made to measure Italian suit with up to 30% discount!
I am very skeptical about your MTM services after my first order with you was cancled due to fabrics becoming "out of stock" after I placed my order.
I have now recently placed a new order for a blazer and I see that again the fabric is out of stock on your site a few days after I placed my order! Does this now mean my order will not be fulfilled? I also contacted your support via email and its been over 24 hours without any responses from your team.
Additinally, just to clarify publicly with a view to maintain an open and honest dialogue with your potential clients, I would like to know if your money back guarantee (refund policy) is indeed still valid for all orders placed via your website?
In step 3 below, under what circumstances is a refund not approved?
For the record, the the refund process is as follows:
thank you for your feedback first of all.
If I got your client ID right from your communication with us, your first order was placed last February, during sales, unfortunately when we experienced some fabric shortage due to the high demand. After that we have implemented a more sophisticated system to keep track of our inventory, to avoid these very annoying problems. That's why the fabric for the blazer you have ordered is now out of stock: we had the last few meters for your order!
We fully understand that from a customer point of view - that has probably spent a good amount of time to select the best fabric - could be really annoying to be told that the fabric is out of stock!
Also, I've checked with our customer care and they had replied to your request a couple of hours ago, sorry for the delay!
As for your questions on our refund policy, it's indeed valid for all orders - including obviously online orders!
The instances where a refund is not accepted are basically the first two bullet points (within 30 days and in unworn condition).
We ask for pictures to better understand what's wrong and to see if there's any easy fix to the problem, as we had some tailoring unsavvy customers that simply did not know that you can alter a suit or a shirt at a local tailor.
Please let me know if you have other questions!
Best regards from Italy
our new Autumn/Winter collection is finally online!
And the big news is... we also introduced coats! As usual made in Italy and using the finest Italian fabrics from Lanificio Piacenza, Loro Piana, Tallia di Delfino and Reda, with composition ranging from wool, cashmere, angora, llama and cashgora.
We have also improved the usability of the fabric selection page, with more picture and a preview of the final garments (full 3D configurator coming soon!).
yes, the suits are 100% made in Italy with Italian fabrics by Italian companies.
I had to add "by Italian companies" because there are Chinese companies manufacturing garments in Italy using Chinese immigrants, that usually don't comply to any work or tax regulations, and are able to offer "made in Italy" garments at a fraction of the cost. Yes, the garments are actually made in Italy, but it's the same if they were manufactured in China.
