I have a pair of these; they're great. Definitely a US 7.5 though, similar in fit to EG in UK 7.

On hold, pending payment. I should have clarified. 7E is the marked UK size. These are a 7.5D US. Sadly Im an 8C-D in US sizing, so these are a smidgen too small. My (shoe) loss, your gain.
