Here it is, right out of the box (also pictured). The first thing I noticed, which completely took me off guard, was that my hands couldn't fit through the sleeve openings. It actually took some struggle to slide the sleeves over my hands. Hopefully things will stretch enough, or maybe the stitching will finally give way, but putting on this piece is not simply a matter of putting it on. I'm counting on heavy air conditioning in every indoor place I go, otherwise everyone gets to see me take off my pullover for five minutes. But the fabric is amazing, and so is the fit. In a month, I'll be wearing it in public. Edit: I forgot necessary details. I'm wearing a small, and my chest size is around 36.5". You may find yourself surprised at how large your hands are after you try to put this thing on, but it fits great everywhere else.

Bam!ChairDance, you didn't size up one like the context guide suggested? Try cuffing the sleeves once to fight the giant hands problem. What jeans are you wearing?

I went with the grey/black from revolve in a medium, impatiently waiting on it's arrival.

I liked the black/grey, but I have way too much black in my wardrobe already and I didn't want the navy because I want to wear it with my black jeans this fall.

I tried on a large in a store here in Toronto (they were sold out of all sizes except large)...and it fit perfectly in the arms, but was too loose and a tad long in the body for my liking. I expect the arms on the medium are going to be tight, but they should loosen up.

Not sure what ppl are talking about referring to it as "gay" or "garish"...there are many similar pieces in other designers collections this fall (Helmut Lang comes to mind). Men's fashion is so conservative, that's why pieces like this sell so fast, as it's somewhat original.

Do you usually wear mediums?

I do. So I'm going true to size. I had a tshirt on underneath when trying on the large. I want a slim fit like the model on revolve has, rather than the slightly looser look context's model has. I suppose if I find the arms too tight I can always return.

Does anyone know if B.Son changed their sizing compared to what they had during FW07? I remember reading a sizing chart from revolve during 07 with S=34", M=36", L=38", XL=40".

Revolve measurements aren't real measurements. Just guesses basically. But it does seem as though they are slimmer than fw07 based on the one i had. The size small funnell neck thing i had was about 19.5" and the arms were slim but i was able to fit in them alright.

Yo, I was defnitely questioning the context recommendation--whenever I've sized up, the result has never been good. So I switched over to Tobi, looked at the model wearing the blue version of the pullover, and compared the size he wore there to his size in other brands. Sure enough, he was wearing his normal size, and it seemed to fit him equally well. Tobi's measurements have never let me down, so I went with that bit of info. Basically, go with your normal size. Oh, and for those interested, I was wearing Crate Jacksons

What would you guys do if you were inbetween sizes? Say a 37" chest.

There should be enough room in the chest where you could rock the small. It was hardly skin tight in my body when I wore it, and my chest is 36.5

I look horrible in the navy blue

i'm pulling off the navy blue fine (i think). it helps that i have blue eyes and blondish hair i think. i went with a medium and the fit is perfect. yes it's tight in the arms, but that doesn't really bother me. i'm 6 foot, 165 lbs, 32 waist for reference.

What do you guys think of this new B.Son piece? Is it way too over the top?

I really dig this piece. It really shows his imagination...good stuff.

I actually met this (B. Son) guy a few years ago. Good guy; I'm happy that he made his vision work.
